[K-TRAVEL/TRAZY] Shooting Locations of “Kill Me Heal Me”

Kill Me Heal Me, a current hit drama in South Korea, has been making a lot of buzz with the new concept – Dissociative Identity Disorder. Starring Ji Sung and Hwang Jung Eum, the drama depicts a man who suffers with 7 different personalities.

If you’re a fan of ‘Kill Me Heal Me’, you must not miss out the filming locations when you visit Korea. It’s a nice way to travel around following the shooting locations from the scenes.

1. Garden Gallery (가든갤러리)
This is a nice cozy restaurant located in the suburbs of Seoul, Namyangju-si in Gyeonggi-do. It’s the shooting location of the Oh’s brother and sister’s home “Ssanglee”.

2. WAV Bistro Lounge Club (클럽 WAV)
Established in 2013, Club WAV is the first boat club in Korea located along the Hangang river. It’s where Cha Do-hyun (Ji Sung) and Oh Ri-jin (Hwang Jung Eum) meet and where Shin Sae-gi (another personality of Do-hyun) held Oh Ri-jin’s hand for the first time.

3. Sangam MBC Office (상암 MBC 신사옥)
Remember the episode where Cha Do-hyun and Oh Ri-jin kissed? The kissing scene was filmed at the brand new MBC office, right in front of the signature statue and this was the moment when Cha Do-hyun broke the rule with Shin Sae-gi in Episode 8.

4. Everland Romantic Illumination (에버랜드)
Everland Romantic Illumination was where Shin Sae-gi and Oh Ri-jin first kissed each other in Episode 5, before Shin Sae-gi passes out and Cha Do-hyun’s soul returns. Everland holds an annual Illumination festival every winter and the “Romantic Illumination” will be ongoing until March 1st, 2015.

5. Mangosix (망고식스)
Mangosix is a popular coffee and dessert franchise in Korea. You can spot Mangosix several times in the drama as the venue of Omega’s (Oh Ri-on) regular fan meeting as well as the café where Oh Ri-jin and Oh Ri-on often meet up. The Mangosix café featured in this drama is located along Gangnam Station Street.

Mangosix is also known as a popular shooting spot for several Korean dramas including The Heirs (2013, SBS) and Gentleman’s Dignity (2012, SBS). For directions & more details, click here.
